Refund Policy and Terms

By completing any purchase of a product or service from us, you, the customer, expressly agree to be legally bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms constitute a binding contract between you and [Company Name], effective immediately upon each completed purchase. Crypto Payments

  • Refunds: All payments made via cryptocurrency are non-refundable under any circumstances. In the event a refund is deemed necessary by [Company Name] in its sole discretion, you will receive a credit to your account balance in the equivalent value of the original cryptocurrency payment at the time of the transaction. No cash refunds will be issued for cryptocurrency payments.
  • Agreement: By submitting a cryptocurrency payment, you acknowledge and irrevocably agree to this no-refund policy. You are solely responsible for reviewing and accepting these terms prior to completing your payment.

Reseller Portal (imeigurusreseller.com)

  • Wrong Submissions: No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be provided for submissions containing incorrect information, including but not limited to incorrect IMEI numbers, incorrect service selections, or any other user errors.
  • Delayed Services: No refunds will be issued for services that exceed the estimated or suggested timeframe for completion, regardless of the duration of the delay.
  • Account Expiry: Funds in your account will expire and be forfeited after two (2) years of inactivity, defined as no logins or transactions. It is your sole responsibility to maintain account activity to prevent expiration.
  • Service-Specific Rules: Each service offered has its own specific refund and resubmission policies, which are binding and must be reviewed by you prior to purchase. These rules are incorporated into this agreement by reference.
  • Credits & Wallets: Funds loaded into your account as credits or added to your wallet are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

IMEI Repair & Unlocks/FRP

  • Refund Requests: Refund requests for services not yet rendered must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] or through our live chat system within 30 days of purchase. No refunds will be considered after this period.
  • Rendered Services: Once a service has been completed, no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued, regardless of the outcome or your satisfaction with the result.
  • Credits & Wallets: Funds loaded into your account as credits or added to your wallet are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
  • Lease Locks: No refunds will be provided for services related to lease locks or MDM locks, whether successful or unsuccessful.
  • Submitted Devices: Once a device is submitted for service, no refunds, cancellations, or credits will be permitted, regardless of the status or outcome.
  • Refund Period: No refunds will be available for any purchase or service after 30 days from the date of payment, irrespective of whether the service has been used.
  • Lost Features: No refunds will be issued for any loss of device functionality or features (e.g., system apps, Play Store apps) resulting from IMEI repair or other services.
  • Wrong Submissions: No refunds will be provided for incorrect submissions on imeigurus.com or imeigurusreseller.com, including but not limited to incorrect IMEI numbers or service selections.

Token Costs

  • No Refunds Once Job Begins: Once a job utilizing token costs has commenced, no refunds, credits, or cancellations will be permitted, regardless of the outcome or completion status.

Refund Method

  • Card Payments: Approved refunds for card payments will be issued solely to the original credit or debit card used for the purchase. No alternative refund methods will be offered.
  • Store Credit: Where applicable, approved refunds may be issued as store credit to your account, at the sole discretion of [Company Name]. Store credit is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.

I.G. SIMs

  • No Support: I.G. SIMs are discontinued and no longer supported. No refunds, credits, or technical support will be provided for purchases or issues related to I.G. SIMs.

KG Lock Removal

  • Relock Disclaimer: Devices unlocked via KG lock removal may relock at any time due to factors beyond our control. No refunds or credits will be issued if a device relocks, regardless of when the relocking occurs.

DIY Tool Refunds (FRP Tool, MSL Unlock Tool)

  • No Refunds: All purchases of DIY tools, including but not limited to FRP Tool and MSL Unlock Tool, are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.

Account Closure Due to Non-Use

  • Credits Expiry: If your account is closed due to inactivity following an email notification, all remaining credits will be forfeited, and no refunds will be issued. For DIY Tool accounts, expiration eligibility begins 17 days after the last credit usage.
  • Notification: We will attempt to notify you via email within 30 days prior to account expiration. It is your responsibility to monitor your account and use remaining credits. Failure to act within this period will result in forfeiture of all credits without refund.

General Provisions

  • Approval Required: All refund requests are subject to approval by [Company Name] in its sole and absolute discretion. Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval or entitlement to a refund.
  • Binding Nature: These terms are legally binding upon you with each purchase and supersede any prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether written or oral. By completing a purchase, you waive any right to claim ignorance of or exemption from these terms.
